At the core of every project that Eban engages in is human endeavor. There is a duality to this theme; as Eban is attracted to sports and stories of triumph, on the other side of the camera a tight group of production people are executing a collective vision and endeavor in bringing these stories to the fore. We are all looking to be apart of something greater than ourselves. Supporting, enabling and encouraging production members is what keeps Eban coming back to this medium again, and again.

Creating a connection through any medium is a skill; pretty moving pictures are delightful, but if a real connection with viewers is the intended goal, understanding and leveraging authentic human endeavor is required.
